Randolph L.  Wilcott has spent his career with some of the of the finest hospitality brands in the industry and several of the most iconic independent luxury resorts in the United States and Bermuda. His lifelong ambition to be involved in Hospitality started by attending Purdue University.  Upon graduating Randy began his career with the Stouffer and Westin Hotel brands, opening 2 major projects in the Boston area in an entry level sales capacities along with the Boca Raton Resort in critical sales roles. 

His career took shape quickly with senior level appointments leading sales and marketing teams in the luxury 5-star resort industry at several iconic properties like The Wigwam, Greenbrier, and The Arizona Biltmore. Upon leaving the Biltmore he returned to the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group brand, appointed to lead sales and marketing teams both in Bermuda and at the triple 5-star Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas. He established that property as the rate leader in the most competitive hotel environment in the world at over 164,000 rooms at the time.

While leading the team in Las Vegas they were awarded the top hotel sales and marketing team   in the Americas by MOHG.  

RKW Group was launched in 2015 as he concluded his corporate career.  An active Life member of the Fiesta Bowl today, he was a NFL Scout for the Cleveland Browns and also served as a Chairman for the Bermuda Hotel Group Association and Chairman on ALHI Industry Advisory Council.  Bestowed with the distinguished "Outstanding Young Professional" award from Purdue University he has been a speaker at the hotel schools both at UNLV and Purdue.
